Here is a journal that might just become a best friend because it will be there for you each day like clockwork. As you arise each morning, take a few minutes to jot down how you feel that day emotionally and what things need to be changed or improved upon. We all seek a blissfully clear and peaceful state of mind. Just by being alive we shoulder innumerable responsibilities and obligations. Sometimes the first step to finding solutions is to wrangle clarity by writing ideas and thoughts down. Carefree days are something to celebrate in your journal because by looking back over them, you will reaffirm your strength and positive outlook. A journal, unlike a friend, never talks back or even unintentionally shares your thoughts. Consider taking it a step further and color coding your moods by filling in the triangular space at the top corner with markers that you've designated reflect your mood of the day/hour. Yellow for sunny, green for searching, pink for contented, red for angry, etc. By color coding pages you can quickly look back and study moods from past days. Take it further and write your entire page in colored marker on days you feel especially creative. Creativity, after all is a mood elevator.
