This is a journal that inspires fun and whimsy.
 
At the top of each page on the left find a word, or trigger. On the lines beneath it, write whatever comes to mind spurred by the word of the day. Try to fill the entire page, then on the facing page, which is clean, white space — let loose.
 
Fill the blank page with sketches, scribbles, art in color, a collage of clipping, etc.  Be creative. Let the words and thoughts flow free.
